退換貨政策 | Returns & Exchanges
為保障您的消費權益，本網站依據消費者保護法提供退換貨服務。以下為退換貨之相關規範與流程。
To protect your consumer rights, we provide return and exchange services in accordance with consumer protection laws. The following outlines our policies and procedures.
一、退貨說明 | Returns
- 商品自收貨日起 7 日內可辦理退貨（鑑賞期非試用期）。 Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt (inspection period, not a trial period).
- 退貨需整筆訂單辦理，並請連同原發票、贈品、完整商品、包裝外盒與運送外箱一併退回。 Returns must cover the entire order and include the invoice, gifts, product, and all packaging.
- 退回商品需保持全新狀態，不可缺件、損毀或影響再次銷售。 Returned items must remain brand new, complete, and undamaged.
二、不可退貨情形 | Not Eligible for Return
- 超過 7 日鑑賞期。 Exceeding the 7-day inspection period.
- 告知退貨後逾 5 個工作日未寄出。 Not shipped back within 5 working days after notification.
- 商品已拆封或使用，或包裝不完整。 Item opened, used, or packaging incomplete.
- 未一併退回贈品。 Free gifts not returned together.
- 未附簽名並蓋章之「銷貨退回折讓單」第一、二聯。 Missing signed and stamped “return allowance form.”
三、換貨說明 | Exchanges
僅受理商品瑕疵或寄錯商品之換貨；其他情況請先辦理退貨，再重新下單。
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. For other cases, please return the item and place a new order.
四、退款方式 | Refunds
- ATM / 貨到付款：以即期支票掛號寄送。 ATM/Cash on Delivery: refund by current-dated check via registered mail.
- 信用卡付款：直接退回原刷卡帳戶。 Credit Card: refunded to the original card account.
五、訂單取消 | Order Cancellation
僅「訂單成立」狀態可取消；若已進入出貨流程恕無法更改或取消。取消後之退款依原付款方式辦理。
Orders can only be canceled in the “Order Placed” status. Once in the shipping process, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds follow the original payment method.
六、退貨流程 | Return Steps
- 請先 聯繫客服，提供訂單編號與退貨原因。 Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.
- 妥善打包商品（含所有贈品）、發票與退回折讓單。 Pack the item with invoice, gifts, and return forms.
- 物流到府取件；本公司確認收回並檢視無誤後，立即辦理退款或換貨。 Logistics will collect the item. Refund or exchange will be processed after inspection.
