退換貨政策 | Returns & Exchanges
為保障您的消費權益，本網站依據消費者保護法提供退換貨服務。以下為退換貨之相關規範與流程。
To protect your consumer rights, we provide return and exchange services in accordance with consumer protection laws. The following outlines our policies and procedures.
一、退貨說明 | Returns
- 依消費者保護法，商品自收貨日起 7 日內（鑑賞期），可不附理由申請退貨。 In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may return items within 7 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- 鑑賞期非試用期。為檢查商品而拆開包裝不影響退貨權利，但請勿實際使用（例如加熱、烹煮）。 The inspection period is not a trial period. Opening the package to inspect the item does not affect your right to return, but please do not actually use it (e.g., heating or cooking).
- 退貨時請將商品連同配件、贈品及原包裝一併退回。 Please return the item together with all accessories, gifts, and original packaging.
- 退貨由本公司安排物流到府取件，您無須負擔運費。 We will arrange pickup at your address. No return shipping fee is required.
二、退貨注意事項 | Please Note
- 超過 7 日鑑賞期才提出退貨申請，恕無法受理。 Return requests made after the 7-day inspection period cannot be accepted.
- 退回商品如有使用痕跡、損壞或缺件，本公司將依實際情形，酌收商品回復原狀所需費用。 If returned items show signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we may charge a reasonable fee based on the actual condition.
- 贈品請隨商品一併退回；如贈品已使用或遺失，將依贈品價值自退款中扣除。 Please return any gifts together with the item. If gifts are used or missing, their value will be deducted from your refund.
- 如您索取的是三聯式發票（公司行號），請配合寄回簽名蓋章之「銷貨退回折讓單」，以利辦理退款。 For triplicate (company) invoices, please return the signed and stamped sales return allowance form so we can process your refund.
三、換貨說明 | Exchanges
僅受理商品瑕疵或寄錯商品之換貨；其他情況請先辦理退貨，再重新下單。
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. For other cases, please return the item and place a new order.
四、退款方式 | Refunds
- ATM / 貨到付款：以即期支票掛號寄送。 ATM/Cash on Delivery: refund by current-dated check via registered mail.
- 信用卡付款：直接退回原刷卡帳戶。 Credit Card: refunded to the original card account.
五、訂單取消 | Order Cancellation
僅「訂單成立」狀態可取消；若已進入出貨流程恕無法更改或取消。取消後之退款依原付款方式辦理。
Orders can only be canceled in the “Order Placed” status. Once in the shipping process, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds follow the original payment method.
六、退貨流程 | Return Steps
- 請先 聯繫客服，提供訂單編號（退貨原因可選填，協助我們改善服務）。 Contact customer service with your order number (reason for return is optional but helps us improve).
- 妥善打包商品（含配件與贈品）；如為三聯式發票，請一併附上退回折讓單。 Pack the item with all accessories and gifts. For triplicate invoices, please include the return allowance form.
- 物流到府取件；本公司收到並確認商品後，立即辦理退款或換貨。 Logistics will collect the item. Refund or exchange will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
