購物流程說明 | How to Order & Payment

以下為 ondo 生活館的購物流程與付款方式,請依照步驟完成下單,以加速出貨與服務。

This page explains how to place an order on our site and the available payment methods.


一、下單流程 | Order Flow

  1. 加入會員並登入 Register an account and sign in
  2. 挑選商品並加入購物車 Select products and add to cart
  3. 前往結帳頁,填寫收件資訊與配送方式 Proceed to checkout, fill in shipping details
  4. 選擇付款方式並完成付款 Select a payment method and complete payment
  5. 訂單成立並寄出確認信 Order is placed and a confirmation email is sent

二、訂單成立與通知 | Order Confirmation & Notifications

  • 完成付款後,系統將寄送「訂購確認信」至您的註冊信箱。 A confirmation email will be sent after payment.
  • 您可至「會員專區 → 訂單查詢」查看訂單內容與處理進度。Check details in “My Account → Orders”.

三、付款方式 | Payment Methods

  • 信用卡(一次/分期,依銀行與活動為準)Credit card (lump-sum or installments as available)
  • ATM 轉帳 ATM bank transfer
  • 貨到付款/超商取貨付款(若有開放,以結帳頁顯示為準)Cash on delivery / Convenience-store pay (if available)

四、ATM 轉帳步驟 | ATM Transfer Steps

  1. 於結帳完成後,系統會提供本筆訂單的專屬轉帳帳號與金額。A unique virtual account and amount will be issued.
  2. 前往任一 ATM 或網銀,輸入銀行代碼(例:007 第一銀行)與 16 碼專屬帳號。Use the given bank code and 16-digit account.
  3. 轉入金額須與訂單金額一致;完成後請保留交易明細。Transfer the exact amount and keep the receipt.

五、訂單查詢與變更 | Order Lookup & Changes

  • 僅在「訂單成立」狀態可申請取消或變更;一旦進入出貨流程即無法更改。You may cancel/modify only while the status is “Order Placed”.
  • 需要協助請聯繫客服並提供訂單編號。Contact support with your order number for assistance.

六、發票開立 | e-Invoice

  • 本館開立二聯電子發票並上傳至政府平台,可於「會員載具/共通性載具」查詢。We issue e-invoices uploaded to the government platform.
  • 公司戶需於結帳時填寫統一編號與買受人For business invoices, provide tax ID and buyer name at checkout.

七、注意事項 | Notes

  • 訂單將於工作日處理;實際到貨時間依物流作業為準。Orders are processed on business days; delivery time depends on the carrier.
  • 若因缺貨或資料不全導致延誤,我們將以 Email/電話主動聯繫。We will contact you if delays occur due to stock or information issues.
