配送與運費 | Shipping & Delivery
本頁說明 ondo 生活館的配送範圍、運費標準與到貨時間。
This page explains our shipping coverage, delivery fees, and lead time.
一、配送範圍 | Service Area
- 台灣本島皆可配送。Home delivery is available across Taiwan (main island).
- 部分離島（如金門、澎湖、馬祖）提供服務，但可能延長配送時間。Some outlying islands are supported but may require extra time.
- 部分偏遠或特殊地區暫不配送，下單前請先與客服確認。Certain remote areas may not be covered, please contact support before ordering.
二、運費標準 | Shipping Fee
- 單筆訂單滿 NT$2,000 享免運優惠。Free shipping for orders over NT$2,000.
- 未達免運門檻，酌收 NT$150 運費。Orders under NT$2,000 incur a NT$150 shipping fee.
- 若退貨導致金額未達免運門檻，將補收運費。If returns cause the order amount to fall below the threshold, shipping will be charged.
三、出貨時間 | Processing Time
- 訂單完成付款後，約 1–3 個工作日內出貨（不含例假日）。Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment (excluding holidays).
- 如遇缺貨或特殊情況，客服將主動通知。In case of stock shortages or special circumstances, we will notify you.
四、配送時間 | Delivery Time
- 一般地區：約 2–4 個工作日送達。General areas: 2–4 business days.
- 偏遠／離島地區：可能需要 5–7 個工作日。Remote/outlying islands: 5–7 business days.
五、收貨與驗貨 | Receiving & Inspection
- 收貨時請立即檢查外觀與數量，若有問題請於 24 小時內通知客服。Please inspect items upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours for issues.
- 如包裹外箱有嚴重破損，請拒收並立即聯繫客服。If the outer box is seriously damaged, refuse delivery and contact support.
