Welcome to ONDO online services. Please read the following terms carefully before using this site. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
一、會員註冊 | Membership Registration
- 加入會員即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意本條款。By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
- 若您未滿 20 歲，需經法定代理人同意後方可註冊與使用服務。If under 20 years old, parental/legal guardian consent is required.
二、商品與訂單 | Products & Orders
- 商品價格與數量以本網站顯示為準。Prices and quantities are based on site listings.
- 若遇價格標示錯誤、缺貨或其他特殊情況，本公司得取消或拒絕接受訂單。Orders may be canceled due to pricing errors, out-of-stock, or other issues.
- 訂單成立後，系統將寄送訂購確認信至會員註冊信箱。Once placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.
三、付款方式 | Payment
- 所有商品均以新台幣計價，價格已含稅。All prices are in NTD and tax-inclusive.
- 付款方式包含信用卡、ATM 轉帳、貨到付款或其他於結帳頁提供的方式。Payment methods include credit card, ATM transfer, COD, or others as listed at checkout.
四、配送與運費 | Shipping & Fees
- 配送範圍以本網站公告為準。Shipping coverage is as announced on the site.
- 單筆訂單滿 NT$2,000 享免運優惠，未達門檻酌收 NT$150 運費。Free shipping for orders over NT$2,000; NT$150 fee applies otherwise.
- 如退貨後未達免運門檻，將補收運費。If returns reduce the order below the free-shipping threshold, shipping will be charged.
五、退換貨 | Returns & Exchanges
請依本網站的「退換貨政策」辦理，包含 7 日內退貨、不可退貨之情況、退款方式等規範。
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy, including 7-day return, exclusions, and refund methods.
六、智慧財產權 | Intellectual Property
- 本網站所有內容（包含文字、圖片、設計、商標）均屬本公司或授權人所有，未經許可不得使用。All content (text, images, design, trademarks) belongs to ONDO or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
七、責任限制 | Limitation of Liability
- 因不可抗力（如天災、網路故障）導致服務中斷或資料遺失，本公司不負賠償責任。We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure.
八、條款修改 | Amendments
本公司保留隨時修改本條款之權利，修改後將公布於網站並即刻生效。
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this site and take effect immediately.
九、準據法與管轄 | Governing Law & Jurisdiction
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法，如有爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. The Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction for disputes.
