保固與售後服務 | Warranty & After-Sales Service

ondo 生活館提供商品保固與售後服務,以保障您的消費權益。以下為保固範圍與申請方式。

We provide warranty and after-sales service to protect your consumer rights. The following outlines the coverage and procedures.


一、保固範圍 | Warranty Coverage

  • 不鏽鋼鍋具:自購買日起 一年內 享有非人為因素造成的功能性瑕疵保固。Stainless steel cookware: 1-year warranty for functional defects not caused by misuse.
  • 電器類商品:依產品說明書為準,至少 一年保固Electrical appliances: minimum 1-year warranty, subject to product manual.
  • 保固僅限於正常使用狀態下的商品故障,不包含外觀損傷、耗材或人為不當使用。Warranty applies to normal-use defects only, excluding appearance damage, consumables, or misuse.

二、非保固範圍 | Exclusions

  • 因撞擊、摔落、暴力使用、私自拆修所造成之損壞。Damage from drops, impacts, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.
  • 因不當清潔、保存不當(如長時間潮濕環境)導致的損壞。Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage (e.g., prolonged moisture exposure).
  • 耗材、配件或贈品不在保固範圍內。Consumables, accessories, and free gifts are not covered.

三、售後服務流程 | Service Procedure

  1. 請先 聯繫客服,提供訂單編號、商品名稱、問題描述及照片。Contact customer service with order number, product name, description, and photos.
  2. 客服人員將評估問題並確認是否符合保固條件。Our team will assess whether the issue is covered by warranty.
  3. 若符合條件,請將商品妥善包裝並寄回指定地址,由本公司處理檢測與維修/更換。If covered, return the item for inspection, repair, or replacement.

四、維修與更換 | Repair & Replacement

  • 若商品可維修,將以維修為優先處理。Repairs will be prioritized if possible.
  • 若無法維修,則提供同品項更換;若已停產,將提供等值商品或折抵購買。If repair is not possible, replacement or equivalent compensation will be offered.
